What are the available options?

VM Online Store offers more than one shipping option, such as Pickup, and Standard. Pickup option is only available to specific locations.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days after payment is confirmed, which are Monday through Saturday, with the exception of holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise, they will be processed and dispatched during the next working day.

Pickup ( In-Store )

Our store offers the convenience of online purchasing, with the option to pickup orders directly in our store. As soon as the order is ready, we will notify you either by phone or email. You can conveniently collect your orders from Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. When picking up your order, you must present proof of purchase.

Standard

Once dispatched, standard shipping orders are typically shipped within a period of 6 to 8 days. As soon as the order is dispatched, we will notify you with tracking information by email. You can conveniently track your orders with that tracking information.

What are the fees?

Shipping fees vary by product, ranging from 100₹ to 400₹, and are calculated at the time of the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the items in the order.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

We are not liable for any delay in delivery and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the shipping company within 2 working days. In the event of a delivery delay, contact the shipping company.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the order is dispatched. Allowing you to track the status of your delivery as it is being updated by the shipping company.

Why are some items out-of-stock on my order?

Stocks are subject to availability, we make an effort to keep accurate stock numbers on our website. However, in rare cases, there may be an error in the number of items in stock, and we may not be able to deliver all items at the time.

In this case, we will contact you to clarify whether you would like to receive the item in stock, wait for it to be restocked, or receive a refund.

How do I cancel an order?

Prior to dispatch, cancelling the order is possible at any time by contacting us. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns and refunds for more information.
